At the beginning of each month I’ll be posting my TBR (to-be-read) list letting you know what books I’d like to read/listen to. Don’t be surprised if some of them are repeats month-to-month. I have this horrible habit of thinking I have a million hours to read when I only have like 2 hours (slight over exaggeration on both those numbers).

Here is what I’d like to read in February:

  • Cinder by Marissa Meyer: I have owned this book for over a year and only touched it to take pictures of it for my Instagram (@LunasLuckyMoon). It’s a shame because I’ve heard so many things about the series and how amazing it is. And I have to admit, I’m intrigued by the concept. Adaptation of Cinderella where Cinderella is a cyborg? Sure, why not?
  • A Torch Against The Night by Sabaa Tahir: Ever since I read An Ember in the Ashes I’ve been ACHING to read the sequel. I love Sabaa and her writing so much, and I definitely have to read it before book three, A Reaper At The Gates comes out. Eeeeekkk!
  • Harry Potter, Books 3-5 by J.K. Rowling: I’ve been re-living the magic of this series via audiobooks the last couple months and a bunch of them are about to become available on my library account. So I anticipate lots of Harry Potter in February, which I am TOTALLY okay with.
  • The Chronicles of Narnia, Books 5-7 by C.S. Lewis: I am experiencing this beautiful series for the first time ever thanks to audiobooks. Can you believe that! I feel like I’m the only person who didn’t read these as a child. Such a shame. But I am loving them as an adult. Can’t wait to see how the series ends. NO SPOILERS!
  • The Kiss of Deception by Mary E. Pearson: This one has been on my wish list for my library audiobook account for a while now. I’m hoping to get to it this month though!

If you need me, I’ll be curled up in a chair reading, trying to avoid the cold and mounds of snow.
